We are not an Online Digital Marketing agency, do not offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO), we cannot provide you with an Internet Marketing Strategy and do not have the facility to improve your Google PageRank so I am afraid we cannot increase your website's ranking on search engines.

Those of us who have been in the trenches of SEO and digital marketing are pretty much appalled by what’s happening, we can't tell you what been said in those private groups that neither Lord Sugar or his digital marketing apprentice are part of, but, you can imagine it's not positive.

SEO is not, never has been, and never will be a product!

We have had an issue in this industry over the last few years with (snake oil) salesmen who promise the earth and put the account managers under pressure to deliver.

Sales people in this industry don’t work as they primarly care about commission and not about the customer or "white hat" acitivity.
To treat SEO like as commodity is simply disgraceful.

Solution selling is for IT not SEO or digital marketing.

You need to intrinsically understand the business, the vertical in which it operates, the competition, and how Google or other leading search engines work and their algorithmic nuances and sensitivities within that particular vertical.

Those of us who have worked in this industry a long time, understand but do not claim to know all.

There is a not so subtle difference!

We test

We test continually to understand where Google is, where it is going, what works and what doesn't work. Never do we run test on clients sites!

We discuss and share in trusted closed groups, thoughts findings and collaborations (of which Mark is not a part of).

We sail close to the wind on personal projects to understand where the edge of the envelope is.

We listen to our clients to help their business succeed, while managing expectations and building a relationships.

Offering an account management with a personal touch is not new and not a USP - It’s been done since day 1. Consultant or agency, 99% adopt this approach, maybe not all deliver!

The promises this guy makes, will not be kept.

When people have to ask where an SEO companies website is it's never a good sign.

Outsourcing work to deliver it cheaper, means people with less clarity than he has (which may not be much) will be doing client SEO. This is not a good thing!

He wants your money and doesn't have a clue personally how to deliver the success he is promising you.

The jeans and hoody brigade, who work in a bedroom for 20K! Or better yet Fiverr.

He doesn't know what he is doing and he pays no respect to the people who he will engage to deliver your search engine optimisation or digital marketing campaign.

This guy is going to perpetuate the snake oil.

They will take your money, promise you the world and not deliver.

Sugar is going to regret the investment.

And if he doesn't believe us, well think about this one simple little thing. POO. Pecking Order Optimisation. Pecking order is not a digital marketing term and Mark agreed with you Sugar

SME’s are going to get burned.

us..... Well we are quite happy. Our Google Penalty Recovery work will most likely increase.

Professional SEO services will be required more by companies who get burned and actually want to succeed.

Our digital marketing consultancy services will be required more. That’s predicting the real future Mark and not having to sell anything!
